Full course description
Rice University does not have a language requirement, but if you have some knowledge of German and may be interested in studying German at Rice, we ask you to take the Language Placement Test (LPT) to determine the most appropriate course for you. Online testing will be available during the specific dates listed below. The German LPT consists of two sections. Section I contains six questions about your language learning and language speaking experiences. Section II has you complete four German language tasks.
