Rice University offers an entirely online mathematics camp to review mathematical tools and concepts that are used in the first year Economics Ph.D. courses.
The course will cover topics including: Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Optimization and Difference and Differential Equations. Students will have access to lecture videos and live sessions with instructors to learn the course content. There are 20 lectures and students will complete concept check questions, homework and quizzes for each module to reinforce what they’ve learned and test their skills. The course wraps up with a comprehensive final exam.
Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of all coursework.
