Rice University offers an online mathematics camp to review mathematical tools and concepts that are used in the first year Economics Ph.D. courses.

This course will cover topics including: Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Optimization and Difference and Differential Equations. Students will have access to lecture videos and live sessions with instructors to learn the course content. There are 20 lectures total. Students will complete concept check questions, homework and quizzes for each module to reinforce what they’ve learned and test their skills. The course wraps up with a comprehensive final exam. 

The course is self-paced, so you can work on your own schedule and timeline. You will have access to course materials through April 2019 and can work in a way that best fits your schedule. Because the course is online, you can take it from anywhere in the world. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection.
