This is a free online professional development course in wastewater epidemiology intended for state and local health departments as well as research on developing statistical tools and metrics to enhance surveillance interpretation. The course video modules present a general overview of Houston's wastewater monitoring system, information on sample collection, methods for viral RNA/DNA quantification in wastewater, quality assurance and quality control, and sequencing of wastewater samples.
