The Crisis Management Team is requiring that all program sponsors/supervisors/managers completed a workshop designed to help familiarize themselves with Rice's requirements for hosting a summer event/camp/activity.
   
   Three workshops (approximately 40 minutes each) were recorded, and you may watch any of them. However, you are required to watch only one. At the end of the workshop video, there is a confirmation statement that confirms you understand what is required and that you have read the guidance document. After completion the CMT group in charge of summer activities will receive notification, and any event submissions will be able to go through review.
