The Empowering Committee Delegation virtual training course equips Rice Program Council Co-Chairs with the necessary tools and techniques to delegate tasks efficiently and involve committee members in the decision-making process. The course focuses on fostering collaboration, enhancing communication, and maximizing the potential of committee members.
Key Learning Objectives:
1. Understanding the importance of delegation in committee management.
2. Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of committee members for effective task allocation.
