This training provides an overview of research security principles, responsibilities, and best practices to help protect the integrity of research activities and ensure compliance with institutional, sponsor, and federal requirements. Participants will learn about potential research security risks, safeguarding sensitive research information, identifying foreign influence and conflicts of interest or commitment, and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.

 

 

Upon completion of this training, participants should be able to recognize key research security requirements, understand their role in protecting research assets and data, and apply university policies and procedures to support a secure and compliant research environment.

 

 

 

This training is self-paced, but participants should set aside 1h10 minutes. The intended audience are researchers ( Faculty and students)
